The Foreign Worker Utilization Plan (RPTKA) is a mandatory planning document for Indonesian companies employing foreign workers (TKA). This document outlines the plan for employing foreign workers in specific positions for a specific period, including information on the purpose of employment, work location, number of foreign workers, and plans for the absorption and training of Indonesian workers. RPTKA applications are submitted online through the Ministry of Manpower’s system, and once approved, can be used as the basis for a residence permit application for foreign workers.
